| This transaction constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage, loss or defect occurring during the production, processing, printing, shipping or other handling of digital images, film, VCR tape, slide or negative by Wynn Las Vegas is without warranty or liability and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Wynn Las Vegas will not be held responsible for payment of any required import taxes, duties, tariffs, fees or interest related to the shipment or delivery of items to destinations outside of the continental United States. All sales are final. All copyrights to digital images, negatives and video masters remain the property of Wynn Las Vegas unless purchased by customer. High resolution photographic files, negatives and master videotapes are archived for a period of no more than six (6) months from the date of the event. |
